So this has been maybe my best and definitely one of my most interesting birthdays yet.. and its made me re-appreciate the friends I have and those who really care about me, and yeah all that yuppie stuff.
Angela took me out to lunch at this oh-so-delicious brazilian place, and Gretchen met up and we went to studio square and had some beer and sangriaaa. Those cheese fries those. So bad. but so damn good. And guess what, I didn’t even get carded -_-
Tony got me exactly what I told him I wanted. More polaroid film and my favorite perfume :) i feel like I got a part of me back lol And he fixed one of my rings for me :D
I went out to dinner with my fam, Tony, and the Acobas at London Lenny’s. Salmon for dinner! and a Mimosa on the side.
The next day was like an extended birthday for me and also 26 months for tony and I :p. Melody had the idea of going to a Yankees game. We went with Tony and Alvin and the Yankees won! 4-2.
That night was the dinner at Covo lounge under the west side bridge. So many people got lost trying to find it and I cant blame them. Its kind of a sketchy path but the destination was nicer than I expected. Brick walls, and chandeliers, and the upstairs lounge where we sat was filled with comfy couches and nice low tables. The bartender made me a special drink for the occasion, he called it his chocolate passion.. haha. Most of the people I wanted there came and I was glad for all their effort.
Afterward we went back to Tonys and except for a big mishap toward the ends of the night everything went really well. People came and went and everyone pretty much got along. Other who I never expected to come stopped by and even brought desserts and presents. It ended up being like half of a reunion cause there were a bunch of friends i had not seen in a lonngg time. I was just really pleasantly surprised by the things that were done for me. I’m not going to take it for granted. I’m very lucky that I have good friends.
So thanks to them all cause they made my 21st extremely memorable.
